
Cookbook author and social media sensation George Georgievski is taking entertaining to the next level with a giant focaccia platter designed to replace the traditional charcuterie board.
The “School Lunchbox Dad”, who built a massive online following creating lunches for his daughters Anela and Kiki, joined The Morning Show to show viewers how to make the edible serving board ahead of his appearances at the Good Food & Wine Show across Australia this year.

1kg Tipo 00 plain flour
3 grams instant dried yeast
660 mills cold water
1/4 cup olive oil
20 grams salt
Method
1. Mix for 15 min, smother in olive oil and let it rest for 6-8 hours.
2. Pop in a baking tray and using the tips of your fingers push down and stretch evenly.
3. Add a few ramekins that you’ll fill later with dips etc.
4. Cooking time is 25 min on 195.
